ByteKnight is a fairly new and small home business. This however does not mean we do not know what we are doing. Our technician has a great amount of experience dealing with both software and hardware issues. This experience was accumulated from various encounters with technical problems not only here in the United Kingdom, but overseas in the United States as well.
Our Policy
- If we are unable to complete any upgrade or service then we will not charge you anything. We have a STRICT No fix, no fee policy.
- We will keep you updated on the status of your repair and/or upgrade and inform you of any extra fees required to purchase replacement parts or software to make your Pc or Laptop run as good as new.
